Policy Information

All guests must sign a liability waiver prior to participating on the trip.
For day trips a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is required on the day of the trip prior to participation.
For expedition trips a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is required 60 days prior to the trip departure date.

Skeena Valley Expeditions reserves the right to cancel or change any trip should natural or un-natural circumstances make the intended trip unsafe. In this case, a 100% refund will be given.
A full refund less $200 (for administrative fees) is given for cancellations made greater than 60 days prior to the trip.
A 50% refund is given for cancellations made greater than 30 days prior to the trip.
No refund is given for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the trip.

No guests may participate in any rafting activity when under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Guests must realize they are in a remote wilderness environment with many inherent hazards including those presented by the river itself. They must respect the guides' instructions regarding clothing and equipment worn and appropriate actions taken while on the trip.
